PROCESS SERVICE

We only take the most difficult high-end Process Service assignments many of which had been previously botched or ‘heated-up’ by inexperienced servers. We treat each and every service attempt like a surveillance assignment. No one knows we’re there, we avoid the standard door-knock approach, we don’t carry documents or envelopes in open view, and we know the subject’s vehicles, alternative addresses, workplaces, and other pertinent data. We walk up on the subject when they least expect it. In most cases the recipient is so surprised at our sudden appearance that they both self-identify and amicably accept the docs (and we make every attempt to surreptitiously record video of the event regardless).  In addition to the P.O.S. (CA – DV-200 – Proof of Service) we strive to provide ID video and screen captures for ironclad proof. Not a single Orion Investigations service has ever been challenged in court. Of the few assignments that are unsuccessful, the underlying reason is almost always the same; the subject is out of town or in another state.

The below images are actual recent Orion Investigations Process Service encounters.
